Ripples on water not following any pattern

Sun peeping through the clouds, the morning mist wanes

A lonely Loon glides on the lake

Leaving behind an uneven wake

The seagulls, crows and the heron all looking for their catch of the day

Green, blue and brown are colors all around the bay

Chipmunks throw pine cones run and hide

Beaver swims unhurriedly with pride

Sounds I hear are a melody casting morning spell

Clouds clear and sun shines bright with a soothing smell

Witnessing a new day in all its grace

Chillness in my body melting away in its warm embrace

Such a blissful dawn promises a special day

The lakeshore and my solitude witnessing the magical sun rays
