I love you like the rain
As I wash vertiginously
Swooning desire I outpour
In hungry drops of emotion
Flooding my eyes, mouth and dreams…
Unveiling each darkened intention
In the shadow of my contentment
I run sated over your countenance
— thirsty, awakened —
And I drain all the doubt
I transcend all the dues
And welcome the Gift
And I gush from each pore
(of your skin)
Where emotion can no longer be restrained…
I dance between your hair
Joyfully, surreptiously
Ushering back from your musings
the memories you once deemed forgotten.
Our love gushes like the well of your desire
Surging like a tide in your senses
Deepening like a sea of emotion…
I love you like the rain
So you can drink of me
From the eternal to the thin,
When loving is more than just stripping bare
But nurturing, forever,
The yearning for affection…
