And now the complete poem
body, once betrayed
now slowly mending
like spring after a harsh winter
i am learning to trust you again
each breath a small victory
each step a triumph
we are becoming whole
you and i, together
pain, our unwelcome guest
lingers in the shadows
but we are stronger now
survivors of the storm
this flesh, this blood
singing a new song
of resilience and hope
we rise, we heal, we live
