#Day29 — Bitches

They loved each other,
more than their will to smother.
Her partner in crime for life,
she was her first wife.

They relied on each other like siblings,
it was nothing less than thrilling.
They also took each other’s worst cases,
but couldn’t do without each other’s stupid faces.

They could sit and chill all day near a pond,
their endless talks were a proof of their bond.
They could be sisters,
but they settled for being bitches.

For you need a crazy safety net,
after losing a crazier foolish bet.
They were that and more,
together they were forces to cause the loudest roar.

I’m taking the Poetry Month Challenge this year. I’ll be posting 30 poems in the next 30 days. To keep up with all stories, visit/follow my page — Poetry Month 2017.
