My Funeral

The holy trinity is our role –
Body, mind and soul.
The body is a limitation
Bound to leave the earthly station,
As my relatives gather ‘round
To my funeral’s sound.
Bells will irk me yet again,
As I have never been a fan
Of final unrehearsed retreat.
Life in itself is a feet
Of self-deception and image,
Decorated with florescent fluff.
Death simply ends the scrimmage
With: “Thank you. That’s enough.”
