Her gentle whispers tell her she is not kind.

Her gentle whispers tell her she is not beautiful.

Her gentle whispers do not see her.

Her gentle whispers, do not hear her.

Her gentle whispers come from her mind.

These whispers do not come from her heart. Nor do they come from her soul.

These gentle whispers are not to be seen or heard.

She does not know this.

She reminds herself that the gentle whispers can be so loud she reminds others that they never stop.

These gentle whispers have held her tight. These gentle whispers have shown no love she must dig deep and beware of these gentle whispers , in order to understand the truth.

These gentle whispers need to be taught a lesson or perhaps she needs to learn the lesson from the gentle whispers in order to hush these gentle whispers you must be strong and fight back.

You must learn to love yourself more than anything else, they do not do well with love and kindness.

They do not do well with peace and ease.

They do not exist if they are no longer fed by you it is not always easy to defend yourself against these gentle whispers.

Never give up sit in the silence, sit with the peace and the ease sit in the calmness, see them as they are.

Her gentle whispers
