It is time for another Poetry Playground Prompt! After last week’s prompt, which received an incredible amount of stunning responses, we have a theme prompt this week.

This is the 23rd Poetry Playground prompt (can you believe we’ve been in the Playground for almost six months!?) and I am using the number 23 as a bit of inspiration.

Tempted as I was to ask for poems all about David Beckham (feel free to write one if you want to — there’s plenty of material there), I decided to focus on a more personal meaning of the number 23.
