It is time for another Poetry Playground Prompt! Last week’s prompt received an incredible amount of stunning responses. This week we have a theme prompt.

As you may know, I aim to write a short story every day in the form of a drabble. A drabble is a story of exactly 100 words. Karen Schwartz responded to one of my drabbles this week saying I was creative. What a compliment!

This week we are inviting creativity. Therefore, the prompt is to write about a time something or someone was created. It can be fictional or true.

If you want a form to help you, you could try using a sonnet, a favourite form of this week’s Poet of the Week.
