A Word

Let us discover a word
Which brings back forgotten,
those ones who never earned
Our whispers, sighs and attention.
The word which precedes no phrase
Which walks upright on its own pace
In the race not intended to defeat
anyone. The dictionary where it resides
Presides and hides must not be a villa
To only wise but for the hungry wombs,

For the empty stomachs and for the
Brains resembling clucks.
Do you know any such word?
Which shelters the withered travellers
Roofless when they sleep under the wilting
Sky, because the sands, the seas
and the lands
Only are the properties
of mighty Kings and Queens
The word which could lend them a hand
Or at least caressingly heal.

A word with meaning , a word so complete
A word crafted only to read
And it speaks to us equally as if we all are
Its addresses.
Till we lose all the debts, the taxes the penalties

And it takes us to the time when we had
Our first cry
Crystal clear freedom by then
was an absolute joy. Dearest we were
Beloved we were in cuddling love
Of mother earth.

Do you know any such word ?
Which can promise that the promises come true
Which can narrate the tale of a hope
Which can turn
home a place having only knowns
Second, first and third labels make no one mourn
A word so vital that it has the power to rewrite
Erase and recycle all the trash of the love
Thrown by many aside
Only that single word of vowels few which
Proves to the world
That Wait too would be rewarded someday
That destiny is still not miles away
Do you know any such word?
