Ode to the Uther Wurld

The Other Side.

O Uther Wurld, world of wonder strange,
Where gravity’s grip is held at bay,
Where perspectives shift and masses range
In ways that defy the laws of the day

I see the denizens; their bizarre figures reversed
Their feet above heads; a colourful world inversed
They dance and prance, unconstrained by fear,
In this ethereal enigma; a hybrid of life up there

What secrets dost thou hold, Uther Wurld?
What mysteries lie beneath within thy twisted crowd?
Is it a place of dreams, where all is gay and bright,
Or a refraction of our world, where shadows play at night?

O Uther Wurld, I long to explore thy straightened sphere,
To feel the weightless dance and thy endless cheer.
To glimpse the world anew, from thy strange height,
And soar among thy stars, bathed in pink light.
