Exaltation

A poem

Sparks within her eyes

Mesmerize

The devoted spectral beings

Reflected

And the dark mist of the shadows

Deflected

They bring uneasy comfort

upon the guarded heart

Where Joy awakens from her tomb

Unprotected

What transpires in her presence

is beyond the sensible mind

The sight of her so wondrous

It strikes the witness blind

Pierces deep in the mind

Unwraps the cords that bind

Giving freedom

Freedom in the heart

An infinite space to start

to explore

None can fully understand

The depths of soul behind her eyes

They must protect a sacred place

Where her treasure lies

Celestial songs deliver a message true

Now redemption has been given to you

As she approaches

her allure is revealed

In a voice that calls

before the fall of her feet

To sing her name before her

In a Song of praise so sweet

I fear my mouth to utter

such a lovely name as this

But long to explore the world

that exists within her bliss

Upon such a love,

Heaven would rejoice

And my soul would confess

or endlessly sigh in regret

of the feelings that I could not profess
