A Walk to Remember
— the story of love at streets!
All through the times,
You have done, on me, so many crimes,
Your gazes, your stares,
I’m reminded of all those fairs.
How your appearance would run chills down my spine,
How you’d ignore and yet be fine,
In situations such —
— your friend appears to be an island amidst the vast ferocious sea,
And I feel, she speaks good of me but still you won’t heed and flee!
Your strolls that I follow,
And my presence that you won’t swallow,
Your eyes betray you of my presence,
But I know when alone you cry my absence.
The streets speak of our adage,
They’re the witness of our orphan bondage,
I know you have the same feelings that I have for you,
But still you pretend and show to have no clue!
Oh, my dear love — it is the prophecy,
It is the ecstasy,
It is the love that we share,
Please un-hold all bondings-mere,
Before our ways separate,
Come let’s walk together,
Let’s walk ‘the walk to remember!’
