Age

Age is an innocence which creeps within,
ever turning time,
leaving lasting impressions
of childhoods and loves,
summer days of renewal and peace.

Like a leaf blown from the hands
of a child, age tumbles
and falls, finally resting
as memories,
which save our youth.
