Autumn Chill

Sitting among the Autumn glory,
mixed emotions rising from deep
colors stir in the wind
sipping tea in red, yellow, green.

Crisp morning air fills my lungs,
a wind stirring my paper in hand,
an old sweater pulled close,
like a long lost friend.

Fall returning once again,
in all its glory we rejoice,
jumping into it & raking once more,
childhood remembered, where the fun begins.
