Bless my home, my body.

Bless my strength and vulnerability,

the soft places and the callouses carved from sweat and effort.

Recognize the good within.

Attend to yourself lovingly. Trust in your foundational goodness.

Let your warrior within be a peaceful one,

fighting for compassion and hidden wholeness.

Save yourself. Attend to yourself lovingly.

Life is abundant. Always begin anew.

I write a blog called "Focail do a Chara," a compilation of arts-based, poetic, and narrative thoughts on living and dying, caring and being.
