Heart cools
Blood boils
Head pounds
Break down

Hold it in!
Hold it in!

Almost noon
Almost lunch
S M I L E …
For now you smile.

It’s noon…
To your car now,
To the Underground
Garage
,
Where it’s dark
Where it’s safe
Now it’s safe
To break down.

Inside…
You claw at the roof,
The windows shut
So you can scream out
Your Rage.

Scream
Out
Your
Rage

Elevator up
To the 11th floor —
You step out,
You nod,
Hello!
Hello!

You smile…
For now you smile.
