This little muse of mine,
I’m gonna let her shine.
She comes to me surrounded
by these fruits of the vine;
her kisses are indelible
like pearls in fine wine.

This little muse of mine,
is witty and she’s so divine.
Her beauty is her power
and she elevates the mind;
she’s pretty like a flower
and i love her star sign.

This little muse of mine,
special like a one of a kind.
She takes away the horrors
and she leaves them far behind;
she’ll brighten your tomorrows
with a glimpse of cloud nine.

This little muse of mine,
sharper than the tip of a tine.
If Cupid wasn’t jealous
she would be my valentine;
she’s never overzealous
and her name is Coraline.

Six Years of poetry-only publishing, PoetsUnlimited was a diverse, engaging and authentic poetry magazine. For most of that time a daily publication, it was always diverse and original, and free-to-read by all.
