Deep, deep, deeper and deeper

she is drowning deep into the river

nowhere to be found, no one is after

she does not matter, for that matter

Season changed from summer to fall

change after change, she swallowed them all

found her heavy self in a dark empty hall

remaining the same while waiting for the call

She dragged herself outside to inhale more silence

and fertilized the soil with her tears of emptiness

a rock heavy as her misery was tied onto her ankles

she let out one last cry before her reflection

Deep, deep, deeper and deeper

she is drowning deep into the river

nowhere to be found, no one is after

She does not matter, for that matter
