When I woke this morning I shed a tear

Depression and anxiety stemming from fear

Fear for the children who didn’t have a choice

Fear for middle America who felt they had no voice

Fear for a country divided like never before

Something this president will surely ignore

On his racist, misogynistic, xenophobic way

The disgusting man WE elected yesterday
