I look for you on Google map
Zero in on the yellow dot beside the green one
Yes, that’s the one.
Your home.

Are you at home now?
No, I can see you coming back from the market
Vegetables peeping from your sack,
A bargain you can take pride in.

You will stop here;
where I place my mouse
Light a cigarette,
Take a long drag,
The rings will cloud my map.

Do you still love TV loud?
Do you still dance while cooking?
I will wonder for a minute or two.

— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — -

You will take this route to office
and will stop here; in front of this temple
your index finger racing between
your forehead and chest.

— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —

I follow you with a mouse since
I last saw you
and will do so…
years after you leave the place..
