Sometimes I stop to wonder why

our fights, this constant to n fro
you say I’m done
I say it’s over
yet sooner or later
there’s a change of heart
there’s a back door
to crossover
There…
there’s always enough love leftover
to start over,
make out, make over.

Sometimes I stop to wonder why
what is this with you and I?
once again here we are
you in my present
I; a scent of your past
perhaps this love we then carryover
like karma…
is a pre-ordained drama
just meant to be —
we belong together.

Maybe that is why…
