Close the door, sit down, it’s time for your review
tête-à-tête without the x-rays, hard talk without the relays
Now I ain’t happy with the movements from the bowel department
spastic, stunted, stagnating, slow

What do you mean? Don’t be mean
We work with what we’ve got, garbage in garbage out
Overtime — no questions asked, weekends — dawn to dusk
Even an ass needs some rest. From where we are, you’re just obsessed.

All I hear — excuses, I know you steal some snoozes
keep things flowing, keep them rowing
look up to the others, no supervision no bother
such a self-starter, the heart is my star performer

When your team says there’s a problem, listen to them
Treat ‘em like a trash chute, you’ll fall without a parachute
Your promise to deliver has beaten down your liver
she takes your abuses, doesn’t give you excuses

Now wait a minute, it’s all for the betterment
All the good stuff going through, that’s top shelf you knew
without me, don’t dream of entitlement
you don’t even have to think, all you gotta do is don’t stink

Your head’s in the clouds, a visionary on the couch
it’s true:
the harder we work, the better vacation you got
you’re smart you’ve got the brain, you feed and we’ve got the pains
you’re management, we’re just in enslavement
we do our job, what about you?
