Negotiating floating rocks
Escaping the pull of gravity,

The peaceful journey is interrupted

Shred by millions of dust particles,
Bounced by infinite cloud droplets,

It continues on mindfully,
Only to be blocked by giant trees.
Cajoling the branches to let it through,
It emerges as a golden shaft of light.
