The sky is deceptive today,
Reflecting the obdurate glaciers below.
The treacherous luminescence soliciting me,
To surrender to its desensitized glow.

Of ramblings in my half-baked sleep,
All the fire surging below,
I am the ossified surface of rock you see,
Drops of lava through my veins, they flow.
