The courage to want
More
Turn your back on what
Is

Grains through the cracks
Slipping
Buried underneath
Covered

A tinted mirror reflects the silhouette
Framed
Hot flames scorch my hands
Smothered

Slumped in the corner
Fighting
Erupting out of my skin
Ripped
