On Looking Inward

I look at myself today

And realize all the grays

All the long hard strewn flare

Is showing itself off at bare..

All the joy and the pain

Intermingle,

And interplay.

So I ask myself,

Today..

“Have I got a wee to vouch for,

At my narrow self-designated way?”
