Out of the Blue

Out of the blue
You came, as a tide,
Flown into my room,
Roared as a freight-train
Straight through
My mind.
Bright lights,
‘Rock Island Line’ —
A sign of your bra’s
Bottom line,
Wearing jeans and a big smile
And making me drop a shade;
The night is gone-by,
The whole block
Is smiling now,
Waving friendly its eyelashes,
I’ve always thought that it’s hard
To define you, but you turned out
To be quite clear
When you’re not far
Away, but right here
Without a nightgown.
I’m lying and yawning.
Mild-cut flashes.

Why, hello, Morning.
