Poetry of the Lonely Heart

Oh saddest song the world could offer
come within, torment my soul harder
Mendless pieces is my fragile heart
the heartless knight keeps tearing me apart
Dear longest night universe could offer
moon and star disappear, makes it better
Let loneliness alone keep me company
suffocation is what makes of me
Oh hardest rain heaven could offer
I am crying my heart out, nowhere near over
Turning back the time is all I want to do
and I’d untouch you, and I’d unkiss you
Dear deepest pit the hell could offer
here’s the burden I wish to bury under
But emptiness is no better than this sorrow
so eat me up, loneliness, least until tomorrow
