the Moon my silent witness

the pale Shadow saw
and remembered

It watched
as she crippled my heart
fractured my soul

It watched
as she drove invisible daggers
inside me, a cruel parting kiss

the Moon watched
and became a constant reminder

when i look up
and see my Pain

she is there

killing me
