Seasons [Part 2]

Is that time of the year again
Can’t fall asleep next to my name
And its unbearable heat.
Snoring a song of weird
On what could’ve been

We go outside for the last sunrays
and time already spent
Our socks’ colors fade
But our toes are happy to see the light of day

Spring brought us bouquets
out of the valley’s graveyard
Summer brought us together
And took us apart

We lie under stubborn leaves
Just like our hearts
That refuse to turn and drop
When the grass is no longer green
No longer fresh
No longer anything

Heavy packed with oblivion
Expecting love
- In a loveless season -
Booked flights
Plans

We will hold winter,
It won’t hold us.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
