Silence Between Us

Something changed
Changed in us
It isn’t like before

The happiness
Remains floating on the sea
There are no talks
Between meals.

Afraid to accept the truth
Afraid to look in the eyes
We both look away
Dragging this relationship around
It’s not the way.

No one speaks
No one says
Feelings crushed under the rock
With the heart mumbling
The words we want to say.
