Sleepless midnight poems (Session 45)

“I always say
this thoughts
on laughs —
‘if he
ever comes to me,
even when I’m
married with
the most
amazing man,
I’d go with him
without a second
glance.’

I laugh cause
it’s not fair
I have tortured
my mind
into declining
the offert
but to accept
it in the
name of faith.

I say them
as a laugh
because I
can’t stand
myself
not
realizing
my own
self worth.

I laugh in
the hopes
when the
time comes,
none of us
two,
will find it
funny.

Because,
truth said,
I’m always
daydreaming
of that
sad day.”

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
