Spontaneous Dance

I burst into one of many waves of spontaneous dance
Or should I say jerky movements
This occurs intermittently
Sometimes prompted by an email
Sometimes by a thought
Sometimes simply unprompted

These movements are not a reflection of my momentary state of mind
But a reflection of my general state of mind
With a self-fulfilling effect
Happiness begets dance
Dance begets happiness

I imagine it must be an amusing sight to behold
Or maybe a disturbing sight to some
I remain undeterred
When the urge comes,
As the spirit leads me
The dance breaks out
Ending as abruptly as it started

Truth be told,
With potential observers
The spontaneous movements are,
Somewhat restricted to outwardly head movements
With inward mind and head participation

Am I strange? Yes
Even I, find the workings of my mind strange at times
