The Affair — Night & the Moon

She is out in her silent groove,
A beautiful artist is on the move,
When the sun goes missing,
She starts passionately kissing,
To every nook and corner of the street,
Every possible pathway,
Every window that cherished sunlight,
Drawing pleasure from the fading daylight,
She spreads her giant canvas,
It’s time for her to express,
Painting black over the diminishing twilight,
She admires her first stroke,
She paints more of it,
No other color,
Just desire for black all over,
With every stroke, it turns pitch-black,
Brushing aside the last hint of light,
The black beauty dances in her dark gesture,
Slow and steady her dark fantasy takes over,
Minds attract the sense to relax,
The ones away return home,
There is togetherness,
There is love,
There is wine,
There are stories,
There are stars,
And many more secret admirers join the party,
But her masterpiece is for the lunar deity,
To once she fell in love for his dark blemishes.
