Stressed
Go running
Be tired
Invigorated
Out of breath

Fall in to bed
Wake up refreshed
Who am I trying to impress
The empress
Myself

The benefit
Is more control
Giving me
A fighting chance
In this merry dance

To spend more time
Wearing a party dress
And golden shoes
This life I choose
Owes more gratitude

If I can increase my years
My Vo2
That I will do
I have more to live
Don’t you?
