The Poison Wind

They set fire to the sea

And poison the wind

Profit doesn’t care for nature

Only to exploit it

They don’t seem to know

To destroy nature

Is to destroy ourselves

We can’t wait

Till the land

Turns to sand

And ashes

And dust

To learn we can’t eat money

It’s only imaginary

We need to protect what’s real

like our lives depend on it
