The sound of a sizzling pan!

A smile comes across my face whenever I hears the sound of a sizzling pan.

For me it’s more than just the sound of a cold vegetable on a hot pan.

Because, it is the sound of the memories which are about to created on the diner’s table.

It is the sound of the numerous stories from the past which are about to be recalled.

It is the sound of an empty tummy being filled up bite after bite.

It is the sound of satisfaction after every bite which is about to be chewed.

It is the sound of the prayer to thank the lord for a food, amongst a family.

It is the sound of the joy amongst a family which is about to be reunited.

It is the sound of happiness!!
