“A silhouette of a man holding a burning torch next to a huge bonfire” by Mohamed Nohassi on Unsplash

Smoke rises from between the two houses
next to mine,
and it is a sign,
of the spirit of man,
raging against
the sea of the world
the seat of the kings
the will of the gods,
to categorize and provide to
us mortals as,
they please

There is a fire burning between the two houses
next to mine,
and I am warm enough to move towards,
the spirit of man,
raging against,
the numbers of men,
the power of seemingly dubious belief,
fear,
or the size of the system that will always push the sponges to
bow.

But they will never bow.

They is a firestorm blowing between the houses
next to mine,
and I am up in flames.

A sponge encourages rebellion,
Exercise,
and love.

It is good for the soul.
