Yet Another Day

!! It comes and it goes by !!

Today, the time went slow
but my heart was racing
Today, I felt low
but my heart was craving.

Today, the wall that I built
showed some cracks
Today, my mind showed me more of
what my life lacks.

Today, was yet another day
of lesser strength
Today, my thoughts just
wandered at lengths

Today, my chest feels heaviness
of moments
Moments that once lived
Moments of joy
Moments so hybrid.

Today, is the day I lie.
Today just came
and it just went by.

Today, is yet another day of my life 🙃
