Token Listing and Updated Terms of Service (July 12)
New Token Listing: BNB, UNI and BUSD Lending
POKKET will list Binance Coin (BNB), Uniswap (UNI) and Binance USD (BUSD) for Simple Saving (Straight Lending) product, starting 13 July 2021, 07:00 UTC. Customers will be able to earn interest on them with our crypto savings account with 14, 30 and 90 day durations.
Below are the interest rates for each durations:
- BNB 14 days Simple Saving: 5.25% APY
- BNB 30 days Simple Saving: 5.75% APY
- BNB 90 days Simple Saving: 6.25% APY
- UNI 14 days Simple Saving: 3.25% APY
- UNI 30 days Simple Saving: 3.50% APY
- UNI 90 days Simple Saving: 4.00% APY
- BUSD 14 days Simple Saving: 11.25% APY
- BUSD 30 days Simple Saving: 11.50% APY
- BUSD 90 days Simple Saving: 12.00% APY
Token Delisting: OST and UOP
POKKET will delist the following tokens starting today, 12 July 2021, 07:00 UTC:
- OST (OST) delisting from Structured Saving
- Utopia Open Platform (UOP) delisting from Simple Saving
OST token trading pairs are being delisted from Binance at 16 July 2021, 10:00 UTC, and as a result, we are no longer able to offer interest earnings on the token. Customers with existing savings on OST tokens will need to withdraw the tokens upon expiry of the savings.
UOP token will only be delisted from Simple Saving, but customers will still be able to earn interest on the token with our Structured Saving products.
Holders of both tokens are still able to withdraw their tokens from POKKET after 12 July 2021.
Updated Terms of Service
We’ve also updated our Terms of Service, as a result of recent developments in regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies globally. You can check out our updated Terms of Service from here.
These changes are related to the regions we are able to offer our full services, and are part of our recent KYC & AML Program updates. Starting from 1 August 2021, all users are required to complete the customer verification process, in order to have active savings amount above $9,000 equivalent in crypto savings. Customers who have not completed the verification process, or from the list of restricted jurisdictions stated out in our Terms of Service, are restricted from using our full services after this date.
