Destiny 2 Adds By Subtraction In New DLC

With the release of the Curse of Osiris DLC, Destiny 2 has locked away content once previously accessible behind the paywall of the DLC.

The previously playable Leviathan raid has effectively removed from Destiny 2’s base game, a move that has upset a large portion of the fanbase. The once playable raid now costs $19.99 to play along with the other added features of the DLC.

Bungie has been under fire a lot, recently. After being caught misleading players and manipulating earned XP, they were forced to backtrack, but this news comes as yet another PR blunder for Bungie and Activision-Blizzard. Only time will tell how the devs will respond this time around.
