April 25 — Official launch of Polars beta-testing.
We are happy to announce the official date of the Polars platform beta-testing. April 25.
Beta testing of the platform is a key activity for us when interacting with our users. Beta testing has 3 main objectives:
- Fix possible bugs if found
- To acquaint users with the functionality of the platform
- Identify early adopters and reward them with benefits
We would like testers to be early holders of POL tokens on favorable terms, since their contribution to the development of the ecosystem is extremely meaningful.
In order for the testing to take place in the highest quality form for users, we will run it in a cascade. First, we will open up access to the underlying pool, and users will be able to mint and burn polar tokens using the underlying asset (ETH in Ethereum Rinkeby testnet). Next, we will open access to the secondary and trading pool, in which users can place liquidity and make swaps. After that, we will connect events and open a smart contract for farming. At the same time, the smart contract Incentives and staking will become available. Testing will be launched in a cascade over several weeks. This will allow us to work out every nuance of the MVP together with you, receiving feedback and correcting possible shortcomings.
Each stage will be accompanied by the release of the most detailed instructions in text format and in the format of a video that will include screencasts. In our chat, we will actively discuss the entire testing process with you and answer any questions that arise.
At the moment, while testing has not begun, users can add their details to the whitelist for testers. To do this, you need to go to the bot, press start (even if you have already had a dialogue with this bot) and provide the bot with all the necessary data that it asks for, including your wallet address.
It’s important to note that beta testing of the platform will take place on testnet, so you don’t need any real funds. You will be able to get test ETH through the official faucet. We will give you detailed instructions on how to get test ETH for free.
