As Polinate prepares to launch we wanted to start introducing some of our excellent and trusted advisors who we believe will help to make Polinate a great success. Hand chosen for their excellence in what they do, through unique skills, amazing connections, and history of winning, we are excited to tell you a bit more about them.
On top of simply being great at what they do, they are people who actually believe in the project and want to do what they can leveraging their knowledge and network to help us Polinate the hive. So, without further ado.
Will Castro
Will Castro is the producer and star of Velocity Channel’s Unique Rides television show. He is one of the most popular car customizers in America and has worked with many major celebrities during his three decade plus career in the business. In that time he’s worked with some marquee names including P. Diddy, LeBron James, Eminem, Carmelo Anthony, Busta Rhymes, DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Pamela Anderson, and more.
His understanding of working with a variety of stars, his network within the traditional entertainment space, and having successfully launched content for decades now across multiple networks will prove to be invaluable to Polinate’s success.
Mick Batyske
Mick Batyske is an American DJ and entrepreneur. He is an A-list DJ and spun private parties for celebrities including the Obamas, Jay Z, Kanye West, LeBron James, and Will Smith. Outside of his passion for music, he’s an investor and advisor to a variety of tech companies along with being a proud father to his son.
Having spent time at the intersection of entertainment and tech, Mick is quite familiar with the difficulties that can come with living in both worlds. Through his investing and advising work, he’s learned to best handle working in both industries simultaneously to produce the best results, and he plans to bring that experience to help Polinate do the same.
John Gado
John Marcelin is an entertainment and tech entrepreneur. In his early career, he was part of Roc-A-Fella Records. He then went on to become a partner with Enigma Records, the subsidiary to Virgin Records, which housed some of the biggest artists and producers in the music business. Since then he’s gone on to start a production company where he’s produced some popular shows including The Walking Dead.
Another example of an individual who spent time in both the music and film industries, John brings an understanding of how business is done on top of an amazing network that can be leveraged to the benefit of Polinate’s success as things progress.
