Metaisland is a multiplayer metaverse open world with a photo-realistic AAA design. It is based on crypto technology, and the gameplay has an intriguing narrative. It establishes a virtual economy in which the user may rent, tip others, run a business and spend cryptocurrency in the game. The Metaisland NFTs have distinct characteristics and usefulness. Metaisland’s narrative begins hundred of years ago. Every country was struggling as a result of the world’s political upheaval. Nations faced economic collapse while a virus raged its wrath. Lockdowns were imposed on the public.
Wolf Chang was a millionaire, an advocate of free speech, and an epicurean. Mr Chang was enjoying his greatest life, free of any constraints. He wanted to construct a secret retirement island for himself and his cronies. A safe refuge from censorship created on international waters.
The island was supposed to be self-sustaining, with androids and robots in charge. A robust magnetic field keeps intruders at bay. Cloning was employed to populate the island and maintain the population stable. Meanwhile, the epidemic had wreaked havoc on the planet. New strains of the virus were emerging despite all efforts. The global economy was on the point of implosion. Mr Wolf was forced to retire early and isolate himself, his family, and his friends on his hidden Island.
One day, all communication with the outside world was lost. There was no more television, internet, or radio. What happened to the world? Nobody knows. The island has been surviving on its own. Legends say Mr Wolf is a ghost and he is still around taking care of the Island and its people!
