Polinate Partners with Polkalokr
Polinate has kickstarted its journey to enable a permissionless crowdfunding platform that facilitates creators with a seamless user experience. In the last few days, Polinate announced partnerships with Polygon, ArtWallet, and Terra Virtua to bring new possibilities and enable the experience to the mainstream. Today, we have further strengthened our momentum with another addition to our outstanding line-up with Polkalokr.
Transparency
Polinate will be leveraging Polkalokr’s LOKR technology to lock and distribute $POLI tokens as per the vesting schedule of Polinate. This would further enhance user’s trust in the Polinate ecosystem as this will allow them to see the tokenomics, vesting schedules, and distribution of tokens. Our partnership with Polkalokr and the use of their technology provide complete transparency to the users and our hive.
INO’s — A Unique New Concept
In addition to this, Polinate will also explore the LOKR technology for the locking and distribution of NFTs for creators and users who participate in INO’s (Initial NFT Offerings), an entirely new and unique concept. INO’s will facilitate fans as well as investors to pre-purchase an NFT to help launch a project. The NFTs will be locked in Polkalokr’s smart contracts and are distributed as per the pre-defined terms between the creator and the buyer.
Polinate Bridge
Furthermore, Polinate will also be leveraging the white labelling of Polkalokr’s Bridgr solution. The collaboration will allow Polinate users to bridge their $POLI tokens to other blockchain networks — Polygon and Binance Smart Chain. We have seen many hacks taking place with Bridge providers and decided to go with the white label solution provided by Polkalokr to ensure more security for our users.
Polkalokr as a Patron
Polkalokr will also be joining the Polinate ecosystem as a patron to encourage and provide social capital to creatives and projects they see value in.
