🇬🇧 Fails Yet Another 🔑 Good Governance Test

Moody’s downgraded #UK credit rating in October citing:

”…the weakening in the UK’s institutions and governance that Moody’s has observed in recent years,…”

This is the 2nd time the UK has postponed fundamentally important democratic elections the governing party believes it will lose.

Even though France & the US have shown how to run elections properly in the midst of a pandemic, the ruling UK govt cancelled last May’s municipal elections, including the London mayoral election.

Now the UK govt, which is peopled by a disproportionate number of people who think we should “learn to live with the 🦠,” are trailing the cancellation of next May’s election.

Is it fearful at the clean-sweep of seats predicted for the Scottish National Party in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ?!
