Mueller Had Undisclosed 2011 Dispute With Trump Over Golf Club Membership Fees

The Washington Post revealed that Robert Mueller had a previously undisclosed dispute over membership fees at one of Trump’s many golf clubs.

The incident occurred in 2011 at Trump National Golf Club in Potomac Falls, Virginia. As a result of the dispute, Mueller resigned as a member, according to The Post.

The Daily Mail further reported that Mueller specifically left in October of 2011.

The revelation comes at a time when Mueller has faced increasing scrutiny of his special counsel probe into alleged “collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russia. Mueller’s motives have come into question as the financial ties that his hires have to the Democratic Party have been exposed.

Mueller denies there was a dispute.
