Joe Rogan sounds off on Canada-US fight (his take will surprise you)
I almost couldn’t bear to open up the article.
Joe Rogan, mega-podcaster and MAGA royalty, had something to say about the deeply fraught relationship between Canada and the United States and he was making his opinion “very clear”.
“Oh boy,” I thought to myself, “here comes a deity of the right to defend U.S. President Donald Trump’s insults and assaults against Canada’s economy and sovereignty.”
Rogan, who endorsed Trump and attended the president’s inauguration, usually takes his guests’ sometimes wild and bizarre opinions at face value.
So I thought perhaps that Rogan would accept that Trump was rightly attacking Canada over fentanyl crossing the border (a silly red herring that gave the president legal cover for his tariff war) and that pontificating endlessly about the Great White North becoming the 51st state was a normal and good thing to do to your best friend and ally.
Well lo and behold, Rogan sort of came to the defense of America’s northern neighbor and admitted a hard truth.
Yes, it appears even MAGA royalty is coming around to the realization that attacking Canada is beyond stupid … and that everyday Americans will be the ones who end up paying the price.
