He has targeted 14th Amendment cases
Yesterday’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was like an earthquake. I think reality shifted a little. But lost in all of the cheering and jeering, was Justice Clarence Thomas’ concurrent opinion to the dissent in the Roe decision.
