There’s a problem with politics in America due to the dichotomy between only two political parties.
One party, says precisely what it’s going to do for their supporters, regardless of how horrible those actions are, and then executes policy on what they say. The other party says what it’s going to for their supporters, and then does nothing.
Democrats never, Republicans always.
Looking at the last four years, Donald Trump, with a Republican Party walking behind him like a hive-minded collective, has literally sought to do everything he said he was going to do, as informed by his supporters. It didn’t matter how racist, sexist, xenophobic, backwards or ridiculous Trump’s decisions were; Republicans always sought to do whatever their supporters demand. Build a wall? They went for it. Muslim ban? They tried. Throw hyper-partisan ultra-rightwing conservatives onto the Supreme Court? No problem.
